Help SIA „SAVVATI". Stamp out Spam
To "spam" is to send e-mail to people who have not specifically requested it. SIA „SAVVATI". accounts are not to be used to spam! Spamming is a serious offense that SIA „SAVVATI". does not permit.
You may not use email lists that are purchased, rented, leased, or in any way bought from a third party.
SIA „SAVVATI". Does NOT Condone Spam:
Concerning spam, SIA „SAVVATI"., Inc. Service Agreement reads:
"Spamming, or the sending of unsolicited email, using an email address, URL that is maintained on an SIA „SAVVATI". Systems machine, or directing traffic to a web page that contains any reference to SIA „SAVVATI". Systems is STRICTLY prohibited. SIA „SAVVATI". Systems will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision. This action WILL RESULT in immediate termination of your account without refund. Any service interruptions as a result of subscribers spamming will be billed to the subscriber at $50.00 per hour until service is restored. Subscriber will also be in violation of the SIA „SAVVATI". Systems Service Agreement and subject to legal action."
SIA „SAVVATI".’s Zero Tolerance Policy on Spam:
If an SIA „SAVVATI". account is used to spam, and SIA „SAVVATI". is notified, that account will be closed. The customer will not be issued a refund, and will not be given access to any leads in his account.

There's more to spam than just sending e-mail. Certain types of newsgroup postings and mailing list messages can also be classified as spam, and are not permitted on the SIA „SAVVATI". system.

If you have received an unsolicited e-mail from an SIA „SAVVATI". account, tell us. Forward the message you received, including the mail headers, to our cotacts form. Include a note letting us know that the message is spam, and that you did not specifically request to receive information from the sender.
